On the “Earn” Page, navigate to the “Total Rewards” card next to the BFR vault. Click on “Claim.”

A window will appear, asking you to select which rewards you want to claim. To claim your BFR staking rewards - click on “Claim BFR Rewards.” Confirm the transaction.
